With over a decade working with industry leader and Michelin starred chef Marcus Wareing, Lise Huntington has shaped guest experiences and operational cultures at some of London’s most respected dining rooms. Her work spans iconic institutions — from Restaurant MARCUS at The Berkeley Hotel within the Maybourne Group, to The Gilbert Scott at the St. Pancras London, Autograph Collection Hotel.
Lise has collaborated with industry leaders including award-winning chef Chantelle Nicholson, whose vision for regenerative, people-first hospitality at Apricity continues to influence her own approach.
